From doing the hard yards

Before Herbalife, I was literally doing the hard yards to maintain a high level of health and fitness.

With a background in corporate life in the advertising and media industry and practising and instructing Taekwondo for many years, both mental and physical stress was taking a toll on my body.

So much so, that over the last few years the high levels of stress had manifested into chronic fatigue, lack of focus and lengthy recovery times between training sessions in Taekwondo.

To deal with the stress, I simply trained harder, took more anti inflammatory medication, visited the Osteopath more frequently and spent a lot of money on vitamins and medication.

Within the first four weeks I :-

· Lost 6 kilos
· Stripped two waist sizes
