What You Should Know about Hypertension

There are a number of causes due to which one can suffer from hypertension, but in most cases lifestyle choices are the risk factors. Sometimes hypertension can be associated with the lack of proper care of the body. There are a number of factors that increase your risk such as a diet poor in healthy nutrients.

The main obstacle when it comes to living with hypertension is that there is no optimal medical treatment that can be used to improve the condition. Once high blood pressure has begun affecting the body organs and arteries the only way to treat the condition is to rejuvenate the body.

Hypertension in its early stages is quite hard to note since there are hardly any symptoms that are manifested. The condition is usually notable when it deteriorates. In its severe stages it affects the body organs such as the heart, kidneys and possibly the brain.

There are a number of mild symptoms that can be noted, although these can be due to a number of other illnesses. Some of the symptoms that are associated with the condition include nosebleeds, headaches and dizziness. The symptoms may manifest themselves in the early and late stages.

When one is trying to rejuvenate the body and treat the organs that have been damaged by hypertension, the most effective and preferred way is to plan meals and stick to a diet that encourages rejuvenation of the body.

Add some Omegs 3 to your diet through regularly eating fish or through a good Omega 3 supplement.

Include more fruits and vegetables into your diet. Eat healthy foods such as fish, whole grains and nuts and seeds and avoid junk food, fried foods, red meat and sugary foods. Once you have visited the doctor and gotten your pressures checked then medical and natural treatment options that could help you with the management of the problem can be prescribed.

Hypertension can occur in three stages during which different methods for dealing with the condition have to be used. The first stage of the condition is pre-hypertension. It involves drifting from the normal blood pressure that is usually around 120/80 mmHg.

In pre-hypertension the systolic pressure ranges between 120 and 139 while the diastolic pressure, which is the denominator value in the readings, is between 80 and 89. Stage one of the condition is when the blood pressure is between 140/90 to 159/99 mmHg, while stage two of hypertension is characterized by blood pressure that is above 160/100 mmHg. The sooner you start a treatment the better.
