If that option appears to be impossible, mix it up, by eating meats on one day, and no meat the next. It is not unheard of to hear of people losing extreme amounts of weight when they incorporate a plant based or vegan diet into their lifestyle. There are transitioning meals that you can add into your current diet that will allow you to benefit from eating a vegan plan.
