Natural Beauty Tips to Look Young with Makeup

To look young, it’s better to stick to fresh and clean neutrals when you also need to dress in a hurry. Then, you can just intensify everything to dazzle in the dark. Just know that when you wake, your skin is in its most dewy state. You don’t need to cover it up that much.

Just apply a thin veil of water-based foundation. Skip the thick formulas so that your skin looks fresh and natural, not oily. Then, dab on a concealer over blemishes and under-eye circles. And because your circulation is slower in the mornings, your cheeks will be pale.

Fake a subtle flush with a cream blush. Then, dust on translucent powder to set the makeup properly. Your goal here is to look fresh instead of starting the day looking as if you came from a hectic night out in town.

If you’re running late and want to do something about your eyes, opt for earth tones since they’re the easiest and fastest to put on. Sweep on a beige shadow, hitting your lash line, and crease with an extra layer.

This will brighten and awaken your eyes without making them look too strong and intense. Finish it off with mascara. For your lips, your pout needs plumping in the morning since your body is just warming up.

Bite your lips to amp up blood flow to the area, and then pat on balm. Avoid dark tints because they will make you look harsher and older during the day.

By night, your skin has lost all its hydration. Moreover, things like air-conditioning and heat hasten the process. Counteract the bone-dry effect by mixing your foundation with a light moisturizer to freshen up.

Then, hide the blemishes with an illuminating makeup pen. Also, notice how your face seems rosier as the day goes on? Stress and caffeine can create extra redness by causing the blood vessels to swell up under the skin.

So, don’t add more blush. All you need to do is brighten your existing shade with a sweep of translucent shimmer highlighter.

For your eyes, know that your pupils dilate and turn catlike at night to help you see better. Rim your upper and lower lash lines with eyeliner. Don’t go too much for dark shades that add years to your eyes.

Just refresh your mascara as well by brushing out any flakes with a lash comb before applying a new coat. As people’s inhibitions decrease, take this cue to wear lipstick that’s not too dark as well.

Your goal here to never look too severe. Choose one with a sexy and glossy finish to define your pout.

Always remember that your makeup can only go so far. Get enough rest and exercise to care for your skin at a cellular level. Take vitamins such as Omega 3 (LifeLine) and vitamin E to enhance your glow.

Don’t forget to get at least 6 hours of sleep at night. The more you rest and the less stressed you are, the better and younger you will look.
