In end of 2009, I had experienced giddy while working in an office, which most of the time was facing computer (desk computer) preparing coaching materials. with this sudden giddy experienced, I went to see a doctor, diagnosed and found that my cholesterol is bit high with my weight also on high side as compare to my height, BMI is higher. The doctor advised to do more exercise at least 3 hours per week and observe your foods as well.

This was also trigger myself to look for a better food and found it in the news paper advertisement, some one is selling good nutrients with business opportunity. Contacted him and he introduced about the good food (Herbalife, which I never heard before) and business opportunity. I joined in early 2010 and took the products regularly.

In about 4 months later, I went to do for a medical checked up again and found that my weight had gone down by 10 kg and my cholesterol went down to within the save range.

Till now, I am consuming the products and feel good all the time no more worry about cholesterol.
