Five Simple Steps to Lower Cholesterol

Step One: Add flaxseed to your diet.

Step Three: Hit the books.

It’s important to change your lifestyle in order to lower your cholesterol. There are several great books on diet and exercise plans that can get you started with improving your health.

Lowering the amount of saturated fat in your diet is critical to lowering cholesterol. Adding exercise is also crucial – even if it’s just taking a walk around the block each day. Get the facts so you can make the changes you need.

Step Four: Add plant sterols to your diet.
