So, you need an appetite suppressant. An effective one is chia seeds. By drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of chia seeds in it, you can suppress your appetite all morning until lunch. And when you do eat lunch, you will only feel like eating a small meal. That is because when chia seeds are in water, they absorb water up to 10 times their weight and expand into a gel-like substance. When this is in your stomach, it makes you feel full. You will not have an appetite for a big meal. When you eat smaller meals, you lose weight faster. This is one of the more effective rapid weight loss techniques.
Drink only tea for your beverage. Tea has fat burning properties, and it has no calories, making this a better choice than water.
When you exercise, incorporate some weight training. Lean muscles burn off calories faster. When you mix up some cardio with some weight training, you can really burn off those calories quickly.
Drop those simple carbs from your daily diet. Eliminate white bread, white rice, and white pasta. Stick with whole grains which have more fiber and are a better source of fuel for your body.
If you follow these rapid weight loss techniques, you will burn off those calories quickly and safely. Just remember to be consistent. If you are steadfast with your goal, you can shed those unwanted pounds for good.
