Now let you me tell you a little about myself. First of all I am Australian and have spent most of my life in Sydney, Australia. I am a long time practising Registered Nurse. Working in the health industry has opened my eyes to the significant health and weight problems plagueing ordinary Australians.

Whilst i am not a personal trainer i do know alot about health and nutrition and why it's important to look after both of these and how important it is that it be maintained.

I want to help people maintain their health and wellness. For me the most important thing is working with the individual through education and providing as much information as possible. It is for this reason i recently became a Herbalife Distributor in my country and i can honestly it's the best decision i ever made. After experiencing the products myself and achieving some really good results, i knew i wanted to distribute these to other people.
