I have been fortunate to travel in Africa with my family and have been in Malawi, Zambia, Namibia and South Africa. All around Botswana without actually coming to there. It is a country that is high on my list of places that I am interested in and places that I want to visit. This is a strong motivation for me to find some leadership in Botswana and work with the team we develop to establish enough strength of business there to justify a special trip just to work with our people there.
