Who Can Lose Fats?

The short answer to that question is: You. Of course, with some work and a lot of energy, you can indeed lose fats. But how come you can't, and why do some people stay fat even if they've worked hard to slim themselves down?

The answer may come in the form of: You might not be doing things right. After all, any fat loss regimen has to be done right for it to work, and not only should it be done right in the here and now, you should keep on doing it and keep at it until the cows come home. Who can lose fats?

If you are on an exercise regimen, you can lose fats if you make exercise a daily habit, and if you add resistance to your exercise. A common mistake that people make is to exercise for a straight week, and then drop out.

This may be due to the fact that a lot of people adopt a difficult exercise routine. This may be due to the fact that they do a lot of exercising too soon. Instead of running on the treadmill like a hamster on cocaine, try a few weights every day, and then start building up the resistance.

Instead of confining your workout to the gym, add excitement to your exercise by learning something that will help you lose weight minus the boredom. This can include belly dancing, yoga, street or hip hop dancing, and sports such as volleyball or basketball.

If you are on a diet regimen, you can lose fats if you eat fresh fruit and vegetables and not completely cut anything out of your diet. Remember, you need to stay on your diet, so pick something that you can deal with in the long term.

If you cut anything out of your diet, you do not only make your daily diet boring, you tax your liver and kidneys. This will injure you in the long term, so make sure that you consult with your doctor to check if there is anything in your diet or your diet regimen that will make you unhealthy.

You can lose fats if you combine regimens. It would make no sense to eat a lot of sweets and junk food but still spend a lot of time in the gym. It would make little sense to eat a lot of healthy foods but not exercise. Fat loss is all about balance, and if you balance exercise and diet, you can get better results.
