You will need to eat a lot of complex carbohydrates and fresh produce. You will need to drink more fresh fruit juices or vegetable juices and stay away from sweetened or carbonated drinks.
- Drink a lot of water! Water can kill your hunger pangs, and it can keep you from getting dried out. Dehydrate yourself and you could damage your internal organs irreversibly. So drink more water, especially if you drink a lot of coffee.
- Some nutritional supplements encourage fat loss, but not all of them are approved for use, so be cautious.
- Sleep and rest are actually great ways for you to lose weight. Instead of snacking and nervous eating, you get to sink into a comforting routine and give your body a recharge!
