Shalini’s Weight Loss Story
Yes! This is me 91kg before and now 75kg
And this is my story. For 5 years I have been trying to lose weight – from weight loss pills to electronic weight loss devices.
Nothing worked!
I wasted my time, money and effort, BUT most importantly of all I was losing my sense of self.
Being overweight and labelled “fat” had a huge impact in my social, educational, mental and physical life. I was drained emotionally and physically suffered from fatigue.
However before last year I was introduced to Herbalife and within a year I lost 16kg this took so long because I was not using it seriously and consistently. Herbalife has enhanced my sense of well-being and my sense of self (both inner and outer). Through Herbalife I live an energetic, healthy and sociable life.
I don’t have to worry about meal preparation or shopping for the right foods as Herbalife provides all the nutrients that my body needs in a day. Further more Herbalife provides me with an opportunity to live a healthy disciplined life.
