Hi, my name is Kate Jones and before Herbalife I was overweight, constantly tired and suffered from debilitating skin rashes and joint pain whenever I tried to exercise.
Life simply wasn’t as much fun as it should be. My friend Jodie Rowan noticed my pain and encouraged me to try Herbalife’s Weight Loss, energy and skin care products.
Seeing the great results Jodie had gained I decided to give it a go, I started on an ShapeWorks Advanced Program cellular nutrition program, which I quickly upgraded to include Tang Kuei, Florafiber, Xtra-Cal
l and Joint Support . After only 5 short days I noticed a fantastic shift in my energy levels.
My rashes became much less intense and less frequent enabling me to stop taking my daily dose of antihistamines, and within 8 weeks disappeared altogether.
Within 5 months (it took me a little longer than most people, being a cook I love my food) I lost 12 kgs and have not only kept it off over the past 2 ½ years but have gone on to lose a further 2 kgs.
My almost constant joint pain from previous sporting injuries is a thing of the past as are the frequent migraines, ongoing tonsillitis and general colds that used to knock me out for most of winter each year.
I am back to riding my horses several times a week, playing netball twice a week, and playing tennis and bike riding with my wonderful husband and two children (aged 6 & 4).
My husband also enjoys Herbalife’s health benefits with great relief from Hay fever, and the kids love the tasty shakes.
