This is the form for registering yourself as part of The Health Success Site group.

If you are here to register on www.TheHealthSuccessSite.com then congratulations. You have made the right choice and done the right thing.

There is no cost to register and no monthly fees so you have no need of a credit card. Our job is to help you to put money into your pocket, not the other way around.

Once you are registered then we will send you the links for our pages where you can put together and submit your own home page, and any additional pages that are relevant to your Herbalife business.

Distributor-Form Initially you will need to have your registration with Herbalife lodged. When your ID is showing in the Herbalife data bank we will confirm that your distributorship is part of Warren Tattersall’s organization and we will contact you to let you know that you are ready to go.

We will then send you to our page building site that will show you step-by-step how to put together your own page or, if you prefer, you can use our template and just add in your name, photo and personal “Getting started” story.

It is your responsibility, working with your sponsor, to submit your Distributor ID form to Herbalife and ensure that they have logged it into their system.
We at www.TheHealthSuccessSite.com are not involved in that process.
