I come from a family that have now been working in the health and nutrition industry since my earliest memory. Through the years I have used nutrition products to get through all the rigors of growing (I am 6 ft 2 in 187 cm tall).
Through my secondary schooling I used products and watched the way our business works and now I am heading of to university (commerce/economics) I’m not going to earn money flipping burgers or stacking shelves in the night time.
Talking with people about how to be fitter and perform better in sport, or how to lose weight, how to handle the long hours of study, and then actually helping them do these things just makes sense to me. It is what we do, help people with their health.
So I welcome you to our site. I’m delighted that you could drop by.

I’m running a little project to pull together a team, from all over the world, of younger people who are studying or just starting out. We have different interests and want different things to our parents and since we are going to take over everything anyway I think we should be starting Now!!
We understand the computers and it only makes sense that we turn that knowledge into something that will work for us.
