When a good friend introduced me to Herbalife in 2006 I had thought of myself to be a very Healthy (or at least a health conscious person) I have a nursing background and have been studying in the field of Natural therapies since 1999. However, I lead a hectic lifestyle constantly trying to juggle my career with financial commitments and ongoing studies and this predisposes me to periods of exhaustion and fatigue.
