Formula 1 is a simple way to include these essential dietary factors in your diet so you know you are supporting your body to keep well.

Herbalife Formula 1 is the core foundation block for all Herbalife’s weight control and nutrition programs. If you thought of your nutrition supplementation in the way you think of a meal on the plate then the formula 1 would be the meat in the meal.

It is best used in combination with the vitamin and mineral tablets in the Herbalife range. If everything you needed to keep well was included in any shake then the taste would taste pretty bad. The Herbalife Formula 1 tastes great and is a fantastic way to replace meals, supplement your nutrition, or to just get your day started.
