Is it really possible to loose weight without exercise?

When I saw this blog title, it just sound me quite interesting that how it is possible to lose weight without any exercise. Well, after reading the whole content I think it may work. Myself Gray and I am of 26 only but my weight is too much in comparison to my height and age. I have gained lots of fats with in last few months and now I want to lose some weight. In my concern, the key to a healthy life is to consult a health coach. By following his/her guidance and diet chart it would be quite easier to lose some fats. I already have picked my Health & Wellness Coach but I'll also follow your tips that have added here. Anyways, thanks for the valuable info. Keep posting.
