i agree. life is to short. enjoy life. excersie,
eat right. keep the body in shape. keep moving the joints and all. be with people who are active and get out and enjoy yourself.

coping with someone who is not dealing with aging

my husband is 63yrs.old and is having a hard time dealing with aging .he has health issues and is moody and hardly smiles. doesn't want to do any thing sometimes. he sleeps , when he isn't working. i do the best i can, but he doesn't hear it. it is fustrating to me. i have health issues
to but i deal with them. life is too short. any
suggestions.

This is a bit superficial. There is so much more going on with getting older, and you acn't deal with it with face cream, diets, excercise.

Or great attitudes, because there are so many unpleasant things .. like losing your partner .. etc. Positive thinking , ah.

True, you have to get out there and keep going, trying things you've never done before, keeping your mind active, not thinking 'I'm wise'.
You're only wise if you keep on learning.
