I am having cough in which phelgm which is either white or yellow in colour is produced from time to time. Though the phelgm comes out easily, cough is formed and there is no end to the formation of phelgm. As a result, I sometimes have wheezing and experience breathlessness when I climb bridge or high staircases especially in summer. Kindly advise as to how to get rid of this problem and which treatment is better - allopathy, homeopathy or ayurvedic. My age is 52 years and having this problem since a few years.
