TEN TIPS ON HOW TO BUILD YOUR SPORT NUTRITION BUSINESS

1. Homework – Read all the information available on sports nutrition. Collect allliterature. Become an expert in FUEL- REFUEL – REPAIR - RECOVERY.

4. Pick up the telephone! Call and fix a meeting. Don’t rely on sending informationalone. Face to face is best. Proposition: do you want to hear about how sportsnutrition can give your players a competitive edge in sport? If someone isnegative, move on, there are many more people to talk to.

5. Demonstrate why they need sport nutrition. They must appreciate the benefits offeeling better – performing optimally and recovering in a timely and healthymanner (quicker).

10. Approach other related and new sportspeople. Use the credibility and theknowledge gained to transfer into other sports areas.
