In-Depth Business Plan – Royalty Income
Market Plan (in detail)
Once you have become a supervisor then you are one of the people that Herbalife considers to be the foundation, the very building blocks of the company.
You receive your 50% discount on products and your wholesale profit but what happens when one of your distributors becomes a supervisor themselves?
That would mean that they would be receiving the wholesale profit on the orders beneath them. How do you get paid then?
It is called Royalty Income.
When one of the distributors you sponsor reaches supervisor level themselves then they achieve 50% discount.
If they are on 50% and you are also on 50% then where is your profit from working with them?
What the Herbalife Market Plan does is to open up a whole new area of income.
This is in the form of Royalty Income and is 5% of the Retail Value of the business that the supervisor below you places on the Herbalife warehouse for the month.
It is gathered together from all countries you are earning income from and paid to you on the 15th of the following month.
When your supervisor has another supervisor underneath them, on your second level, you are Also paid Another 5% on that business!
When your supervisors have a supervisor on your third level you are Also paid Another 5% on that business!
This means that if you sponsor someone living next door who becomes a supervisor then you can receive a 5% royalty bonus on the business you have helped them create.
If they then sponsor a cousin in another country who also becomes a supervisor then your business is two layers of supervisors deep. You get paid on both layers.
If your second layer distributor sponsors a supervisor of their own who is in a country where they do not speak your language, and you could not even talk with them, then you would still be paid on that third layer business.
As we have said, the market plan is based on “Those who do the work get the pay”.
The condition to receive the 5% royalties is that you need to be an active distributor.
Herbalife pay 1% for each 500 volume you do up to a total of 5% when you are doing 2,500 volume in a month. This means that everyone in Herbalife is keeping up some personal activity and staying active in the business.
You are still working for your money and doing your own daily activity but before long the royalty money over shadows it.
What does this mean to you?
When I was first getting involved with Herbalife someone described it like watching a train getting going. In the beginning there is noise and activity but not much actual movement. You may find you are working harder with other people than you are actually being paid for with your royalties.
Then you get things happening. The people you are working with start getting some people of their own and business grows.
That train is now making noise and steam and people are moving around. There is a little movement happening.
You will find that the income is matching the work.
I prefer people to be working this part time at this stage and income will often match part time what you are making in your full time job.
Finally, when you get things together, your royalty far outstrips the income from day to day activity and the real power of royalty income becomes obvious.
It is like have a huge train steaming down the track and all the driver needs to do is keep an eye on everything and guide the train.
I know this sounds a little simplistic but after 30 years in business and with business just growing and growing we have a huge number of success stories.
Herbalife turnover is multi-billion dollars now and 73% of the retail price is paid back to the distributors.
Get back to us and let's talk about this.
