Herbalife have an infinite level bonus system.
I’ll walk through how that works, step by step, so that it makes sense.
Once your business is started and begins to grow you will become a supervisor yourself.
They in turn will recruit their own distributors You will recruit distributors of your own and you will find that you have a distributor who become supervisors.
As this gets 3 layers deep to you then you will probably be personally working with most of the people involved.
When these distributors/supervisors get beyond 3 layers then you will often find that the supervisors working with them can show them what they need and you do not need to be doing much.
Some of those people deeper in your business though, will ask questions that their sponsoring supervisors will not be comfortable to answer. What we do in Herbalife in that case is to go up the sponsorship line to find someone who can answer the question.
Herbalife keep the philosophy of “Those who do the work get the pay” working even here.
If you are going to asked to work on levels in your business beyond the levels that you are earning Royalty Override on (the 5%’s) then Herbalife is going to pay you for the value you are bringing to your organization.
What they have done is to introduce infinite level bonuses.
This works back from the point of sale with 2% of the retail value set aside as a bonus for the Global Expansion Team (GET Team). That 2% keeps going up the sponsor line till it finds it’s owner.
There is a second 2% bonus allocated to the Herbalife Millionaire Team.
There is a third 2% bonus allocated to the Herbalife President Team.
These levels are called the Herbalife Tabulator Team and they are the leadership of Herbalife.
It is called an infinite level bonus as the President Team may find they are being paid bonuses from very deep in their organization and no matter how deep the business runs the 2% will still be brought up and paid to the qualified Tabulator Team member.
We refer to these bonuses as Production Bonuses
At the very top of the market plan there are bonuses for the people who help others achieve the top level. This is a very small percentage with only 1% of sales allocated to it but in a multi Billion dollar company that is a lot of cash and they hand it out as an annual bonus, all on one night.

Production Bonuses are 2% of total volume in your organization and are paid at three different qualification levels within the Market Plan.
1. Global Expansion Team – GET Team is when you are being paid the 5% royalty on a total of 20,000 volume points on your world wide organization. This is calculated as 5% of 20,000 volume points = 1,000 Royalty override points
2. Millionaire Team – Millionaire Team is when you are being paid the 5% royalty on a total of 20,000 volume points on your world wide organization. This is calculated as 5% of 80,000 volume points = 4,000 Royalty override points
3. President Team – President Team is when you are being paid the 5% royalty on a total of 20,000 volume points on your world wide organization. This is calculated as 5% of 20,000 volume points = 1,000 Royalty override points
